Introductory Grant Advising
A short-term contract to establish a grants management plan, this will include establishing proposal attachments, creating a grants calendar with funder prospects and target submission dates, and drafting one evergreen proposal template.
Contract Grant Writing and Grants Management
In this twelve-month contract, WritePlace will meticulously create and manage your grants calendar in alignment with your fundraising goals; collaborate and advise through monthly meetings on focused donor cultivation and stewardship; and complete compelling grant proposals in a timely manner.
Comprehensive Training
This twelve-month program is designed to train someone on your team to lead your grants management effort.
Grantwriting 101: six training sessions with instruction in budget development, grant proposal preparation, proposal attachments, donor cultivation / stewardship, and grants calendar management.
Mentorship: monthly check-ins to review grantwriting in practice, discuss resources and professional development, and ask questions (led by client).
Technical Advising: comprehensive review of grant proposals with feedback provided for areas of improvement, clarity, and edits.
